I've been a tenant working with WeRentSD, and Scott Colbert specifically, for over 3 years now. Out of all of the property management companies that I have worked with in my 15 years of as a renter, WeRentSD has been one of, if not the best and easiest companies to work with.Since first applying to lease my current residence, Scott Colbert has proven to be a manager that is very attentive, reliable, and is willing to work out any issues in a timely manner. He also seems to appreciate the value and worth that a good tenant provides (pays rent on time no matter what, low maintenance, no nonsense), which is not always the case with property managers, some of whom only seem to care about ever increasing rent prices and not tenant quality.The leasing process through WeRentSD was simple and straightforward with most documents being conveniently signed electronically, and the online portal that they utilize is likewise straightforward and very user friendly. Overall, I'd very much recommend WeRentSD as a company, and Scott Colbert in particular as a property manager, to anyone looking to rent.
